Rational

The storybook I chose is The Lorax. As for my animation, I decide to make the truffula trees wave following the wind blows to make it look natural. Next, the lorax will start to walk out from afar to present himself in the poster. These actions will relate to the storybook of how the trees will look like if it was real. For the lorax which is also known as the guardian of the trees will present himself that he is protecting the trees which is also the main character in the poster.

Next foreground is i insert the tree to make it appealing

Then i use puppet tool effect again to make the trees wiggle left to right

Next, i insert my illustrated lorax into after effects

Then i use puppet tool to create joints and animate the walking out look

I draw the lorax background using ipad and let it still while i animate the rest

And i compile all comp together to see the final outcome
